Why enclomiphene instead of TRT?
Enclomiphene signals the pituitary to raise your own testosterone, so the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis stays intact. Exogenous testosterone shuts down endogenous production and impairs fertility. For most patients under 50, enclomiphene is the more targeted starting point.
